Job Description:
- Prep position’s goal is to get the store prepped and ready to serve as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- We do this by learning the most efficient ways to get product prepared, sliced, chopped, and portioned to be used throughout the day.
- This would include slicing and portioning meats, cheese, and veggies along with any other tasks required to get the store stocked and ready.
- In addition to Prep work the job entails assisting the Line Cooks with fulfilling kitchen orders during peak hours. Tasks include preparing sandwiches, Operating a Fryer, and bagging To Go Orders.
Requirements:
- Previous meat slicing is nice but on site training is available.
- Willingness to work with a quota and fulfill expected inventory levels.
